Specialised in automotive government policy and global business strategy, Mr Kim studied economics at Yonsei University (BA, MA and PhD). He became Director of the Overseas Division of Hyundai Motor Company in 2011, then Vice President of Hyundai Auto Canada Corporation in 2014. In 2018, he became Senior Vice President/Executive Vice President, Business Coordination Team of Hyundai Motor Group, where he currently is Executive Vice President, Strategy Planning Division.
