As Secretary General of PIARC (World Road Association), Patrick Malléjacq’s mission is to provide support to road administrations and professionals across the globe.

Recent projets include publishing more than 100 reports and organising more than 20 seminars over the 2020-2023 period, organising the 27th World Road Congress (Prague, October 2023, with more than 4000 delegates), kick-starting PIARC Technical Committees for the 2024 – 2027 work cycle, and preparing the 16th World Winter Service and Road Resilience Congress (Chambery, France, March 2026) and the 28th World Road Congress (Vancouver, October 2027).
