Anne-Lise Cœur-Bizot is an expert in crisis situation, crisis communication and decision-making under uncertainty, with over 20 years of experience in crisis management for public and private institutions, in France and abroad. She has held key roles at the Crisis Center of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs during major crisis events (natural disasters, terrorist attacks, COVID-19), and at the Ministry of the Interior as Head of the Risks and Crises Training Department. Since 2023, she is the Head of Crisis Preparedness and International Security at RATP Group, particularly in the context of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She also lectures on crisis communication and decision-making process at HEC, Sciences Po, ENA, and various universities.
