Sylvain Haon is Senior Director Strategy & Transformation at UITP, the International Association for Public Transport, where he was previously and since September 2014 Director of Knowledge and Membership Services. Sylvain has been the head of the Brussels office of SNCF directorate for European affairs in 2000. In 2003, he joined the Polis network of cities and regions. He became Secretary General of Polis in 2006 and remained in this position until he joined UITP.
