Hasan Almousa is the Senior General Manager of the Transportation Department and the Chief of Infrastructure, Development and Operation of King Abdulaziz Project for Riyadh Public Transport at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), the organizational, planning, executive, and coordinating body responsible for Riyadh’s development.

Hasan has over 21 years of experience in the transportation sector. Since he joined RCRC, he was involved in many initiatives and projects related to the transport sector, specifically, that led to the approval and execution of one of the largest public transport projects in the world launched on December 1st, 2024: “King Abdulaziz Project for Riyadh Public Transport”.
