Presidency Reception

The Presidency Reception is open to all Summit participants. In 2025, join ministers, industry leaders, heads of international organisations, top researchers and civil society representatives for an evening of cultural performances, food, and networking.

Hosted by Chile, the Presidency Reception will take place on Wednesday 21 May, from 19:00, at Kongresshalle am Zoo.

Gala Dinner

18:00 | Thursday 22 May 2025

The Gala Dinner is a highlight of the Summit and is open to all participants.

This festive evening starts with a Meet the Exhibitors reception at 18:00 on Level +1 of Congress Centre Leipzig. It is followed by a seated 3-course dinner in a warm and convivial atmosphere, from 19:00 to 22:00 in the Glass Hall next to Congress Centre Leipzig.

Participants are welcome to network after dinner until midnight.

Dress Code: Business attire.
