MEDIA

The ITF Summit is the world’s largest gathering of transport ministers. It offers journalists rich opportunities to interact with the decision-makers who shape human mobility and the movement of goods from around the globe. CEOs and the world’s top transport experts also attend the Summit. As an in-person-only event that is not streamed or broadcast, the ITF Summit allows attending journalists exclusive insights not accessible to others.

Accreditation to the Summit for journalists is free. Your media badge gives you access to all Summit sessions (except those marked explicitly as closed events) and the Summit’s social events. Meals at the venue and public transport in the city of Leipzig are also included.

A fully equipped media centre with workspaces is available on site. A professional team can help arrange interviews and point out opportunities based on your interests. Daily morning press briefings provide background information and keep you informed about any changes.

Press conferences with a focus on news value complement the Summit programme. Filter them on the programme web page by selecting “Event type” and “Press conference”.
