Your registration and hotel reservation are binding, subject to the cancellation policy below. You will receive a contractually binding confirmation of your registration and hotel bookings by e-mail within two (2) working days. All prices are inclusive of VAT at current rates.
Payment of participation fees and hotel accommodation will be charged to your credit card with immediate effect. A receipt for payment by credit card can be provided to you upon request at the Registration Help Desk.
Should you need to review your registration details, you can re-enter the registration portal at any time using your login details. Please note that any changes or cancellation of registration, hotel or technical and cultural tours can only be accepted if submitted in writing to itf-summit@eventlab.org.
Registrations: may be cancelled up to 10 May 2024, incurring a cancellation charge of €50.00. After that date, only 10% of the total sum can be reimbursed. Refunds will be made directly to the original payment source and will be confirmed in writing.
Offsite tours: may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 May 2024. After that date, no reimbursement is possible. Refunds will be made directly to the original payment source and will be confirmed in writing. Offsite tour bookings are transferable, and changes to the named delegate(s) can be made free of charge at any time.
By participating in the International Transport Forum’s Annual Summit, you acknowledge that your participation and interventions may be recorded (video and audio) and/or photographs taken and hereby waive any right to oppose, and expressly authorise the International Transport Forum and authorised conference organisers to record your conference activities and make them available for public viewing (including use of the Internet, social media, press, publications) or as it may see fit.
The storage and processing of personal data will be undertaken by the International Transport Forum (part of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)) and authorised contractors. Data protection, storage and use by authorised contractors are required to respect the European Union Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and any instructions provided by the OECD.
Personal data may be used for International Transport Forum event invitations, registration, related events preparation, distribution of information pertaining to the International Transport Forum, or as the OECD sees fit.
The individual authorises the collection, use and processing of personal data upon submitting their information as part of any International Transport Forum related event registration process. Individuals may request access to, rectify data, or withdraw their consent for use of personal data upon written application to the International Transport Forum at registration@itf-oecd.org or 2 rue André Pascal, F-75775 Paris, Cedex 16, France.
The place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction in respect of obligations of either party is Leipzig. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
The International Transport Forum does not accept liability at any time for travel, accommodation, injury or illness, or personal conduct of individual delegates. It is recommended that each delegate arrange suitable travel and health insurance that will cover the duration of their attendance at the Annual Summit.
