In 2018-2020 Marius Skuodis was Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania responsible for investment, export promotion, business environment and EU affairs. Prior to that, he served as Director of the International Relations Department of the Bank of Lithuania.
Skuodis has a PhD in Social Science from Vilnius University, an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MA in European Studies from Vilnius University.
