Delegates who may need a visa to enter Germany are advised to consult the German Federal Foreign Office website to verify their eligibility for visa requirements and find detailed information about visa applications and regulations.
What kind of visa assistance do we offer?
We will provide you with a letter of invitation that clearly states the dates of the event, the Summit details, including contact information and confirmation of your registration to attend the event.
Please check the following before submitting your request for a visa letter:
- Make sure that you have registered to attend the Summit and completed your payment. Requests without proof of payment cannot be accommodated.
- Check whether you indeed require a visa to travel to Germany.
- Prepare your passport information to submit during your request.
- Check that your passport is valid for at least three months after the date of departure from Germany.
How to request a visa letter?
To request a visa letter, please click on the button below and fill out the form.
You will be asked to provide the registration confirmation number and document to apply for your visa letter. Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you the formal visa letter within 3 working days.
Please note that your visa letter does not guarantee that your visa will be granted. Moreover, it is your full responsibility to apply for the visa and obtain the appropriate travel documentation.
We recommend including your Summit invitation letter, in addition to the visa letter in German, with your visa application documents.
