You can book an official Summit hotel after completing your online registration or by clicking on the button below and following steps 1 and 2.

Select your check-in and check-out dates, and choose the type of room you would like to book. For any request for a Suite or Executive Room, please indicate in the “Your wishes to the hotel” box while booking your accommodation. You will find the room categories available below together with the list of official Summit Hotels. Requests will be treated based on availability.
Enter your personal and payment information to complete your reservation.

Please note that payments will be managed by the hotel. You will be asked to provide your credit card details to guarantee your booking.

The rates are per night and room including breakfast and German VAT (7 % VAT for accommodation and 19 % VAT for breakfast).
Please note: Each hotel in Leipzig will claim a visitor tax of 5% per night for the room rate excluding breakfast. The Leipzig visitor tax is not included in the stated room rate.
Should the German VAT or the Leipzig visitor tax be amended until the beginning of your stay, prices shall be amended according to the valid VAT law or to the valid the municipal fees statutes.

Shuttle services are offered from the official hotels to the Summit venue every morning and from the venue to the official hotels at the end of the daily programme. Our hotels offers a variety of amenities to make your stay comfortable.
