Gang Wang is the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China. With a PhD degree in engineering, Mr Wang has been dedicated to the field of transport for many years. Before taking the post of Vice Minister, he had held different positions in the government of Heilongjiang Province and at the Harbin Institute of Technology.
