The Sustainable Mobility Jigsaw: fitting the pieces together to reach our goal

This session will draw on the experiences of a range of inter-linked programmes and partnerships which are funded by the FIA Foundation in support of mutually interdependent and complementary elements of the sustainable mobility pathway. From vehicle speed restrictions which improve safety, to active travel and vehicle decarbonisation which reduce CO2 emissions, no one element can solve the challenge we face to transform our mobility systems. Instead, like a jigsaw they are pieces which only compete the full picture when seen together.
