Diana Rocio Vaquera López

She holds a degree in Law with a specialty in Public Administration and graduated from the Bachelor’s programme in International Affairs, both from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She has nine years of experience in the public administration of Mexico City. Since July 2022, she has been serving as Executive Director of Regulation of Sustainable Urban Mobility Systems, overseeing projects such as the renewal, expansion and operation of the Public Bike Share System ECOBICI, the On-Street Parking System of Mexico City, the regulation of Cyclist Systems, and the development of technical standards and accessibility for public transport. From April 2020 to June 2022, she worked as Deputy Director of Legal Consultation of Road Safety and Sustainable Urban Mobility Systems. She joined the Secretary of Mobility in February 2019 as Legal Advisor of the former Subdirectorate of Normative Framework; during that year, she collaborated in the regulation of dockless mobility in Mexico City. From 2014 to 2018, she worked with the Secretary of Environment of Mexico City, holding several positions in the then Directorate of Environmental Impact Evaluation and the General Directorate of Environmental Regulation.
