How to Book an Official Summit Hotel

  1. Click on "Visit the Hotel Portal".
  2. Select your check-in and check-out dates, or click on “Request group reservation” if you wish to book for a group of six or more. 
  3. Select Single or Double room, then click on "Start hotel search". To book a Suite or Executive Room, select the respective category from the search results. 
  4. Enter the personal information required. 
  5. Press “send” and you will see a summary of your booking request.
  6. Enter your credit card details as a booking guarantee. 
Your credit card is used only as a guarantee and will not be charged at the time of booking. You will find the cancellation policy outlined in the Conditions for Hotel Bookings.

Please note:

  • Rates are per night and room including breakfast and German VAT (7% VAT for accommodation and 19% VAT for breakfast). 
  • Each hotel will claim a visitor tax of 5% of the room rate (excluding breakfast) per night. The Leipzig visitor tax is not included in the stated room rate.
  • Should the German VAT or the Leipzig visitor tax be amended before the beginning of your stay, prices shall be amended according to the valid VAT law or to the valid municipal fees statutes. 
  • As descriptions of the room categories vary for each hotel, a universal description of the room categories has been used for consistency.

Shuttle Bus Service

Official Summit hotels are located in the centre of Leipzig city. A shuttle bus service will operate from Wednesday 6 May to Friday 8 May inclusive: 
  • Wed, Thu & Fri mornings: From official Summit hotels to Congress Center Leipzig. 
  • Wed evening: From Congress Center Leipzig to the Presidency Reception. 
  • Thu evening: Following the Gala Dinner, from Congress Center Leipzig to official Summit hotels. 
Should you need access to a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, please indicate this during the online registration process.
