Researchers at the Fraunhofer Institute for Transportation and Infrastructure Systems IVI develop intelligent, safe, secure, and resilient solutions for mobility and infrastructure – ranging from autonomous systems for logistics, agriculture, and transport to vehicle and road safety, e-mobility, public transport ticketing, emergency and hazard prevention, swarm technologies, and AI-based process optimization. In close cooperation with science, industry, and politics, we work on technologies and concepts spanning from forward-looking basic research to practical applications in everyday use.
