Alfredo Ingletti is Co-founder, Chairman, and Technical Director of 3TI Progetti, a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy established in Rome in 1997. With over 35 years of experience in architectural, infrastructural, and structural design, as well as project management, across domestic and international markets. He has led the company’s evolution into an independent, fully employee-owned firm, recognized for its expertise, innovation, and excellence.
Alfredo’s achievements in the field of engineering have been widely recognized, including the “CEO of the Year – Medium Firm” award from ACE in 2017, the “CEO of the Year” award from OICE in 2025, and recently received the 2026 “Champion in Engineering Award” presented during the Italian Design Day in Washington DC. His leadership has significantly contributed to strengthening the company’s international positioning and reputation.
Since 1999, he has held significant institutional roles within OICE, the Association of Italian Engineering, Architecture, and Technical-Economic Consultancy Organizations. In September 2023, he was appointed Vice President of FIDIC, and in September 2025, he was elected President of FIDIC at the General Assembly in Cape Town.
