Nick Caros is a Policy Analyst and Transport Modeller at the International Transport Forum (ITF), where he uses data and forecasting to provide evidence-based policy advice. He has recently led projects on enhancing freight connectivity in Southeast Asia and policy pathways for the recovery of Ukraine’s road and rail transport sectors. Nick holds a PhD in Transportation from MIT and previously worked as a consultant and construction engineer on transport projects in the United States and his native Canada.
