Milton Morrison is the Executive Director of the Instituto Nacional de Tránsito y Transporte Terrestre (INTRANT) of the Dominican Republic. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Planning and Development from the University of Bradford in England. He previously served as Vice President of the Observatorio Iberoamericano de Seguridad Vial (OISEVI) and currently leads the policy for the reorganization of transit and transportation in the Dominican Republic. He has been at the forefront of advancing the National Road Safety Pact. He has government experience in two key areas of development: transportation and energy. He has participated in several international transportation forums representing his country.
