Neha Arora leads the Mobility AI team at Google Research, directing a multidisciplinary group of transportation researchers, ML experts and economists. Her work focuses on the development of advanced AI and simulation frameworks to address complex urban mobility challenges. By bridging the gap between fundamental research and large-scale deployment, she has led the translation of algorithmic innovations into production-ready solutions within Google Maps and Google Public Sector. Her research interests include data-driven urban planning, intelligent traffic management, and the scaling of simulation-based policy interventions for global city infrastructure.
