Fariz Aliyev is the Head of the Transport Policy Department at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He leads the development of national transport strategies and key international corridors, including the Middle Corridor. He works closely with global partners to enhance regional connectivity and logistics efficiency. His focus includes strengthening Azerbaijan’s role as a transit hub between Europe and Asia.
