Nicolas Notebaert is a member of the VINCI Group Executive Committee and the President of VINCI Concessions. He oversees the Concessions division, which includes VINCI Airports, VINCI Autoroutes, VINCI Highways, VINCI Railways, VINCI Stadium, and various public-private partnerships.
Nicolas Notebaert joined the VINCI Group in 2002 as Head of Operations at Cofiroute, before being appointed Director of Business Development (France) for VINCI Concessions in 2004. In February 2008, he became President of VINCI Airports, and later, CEO of VINCI Concessions in June 2016. In November 2024, he was appointed President of VINCI Concessions, VINCI Autoroutes and VINCI Airports.
Prior to joining VINCI, he held several positions within the French Ministry of Equipment and Transport. A graduate of École Polytechnique (class of 1989) and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (class of 1994), he began his career in 1994 as a consultant for the World Bank.
