Katrin Seeger is the Head of Strategy & CEO Office at Siemens Mobility, where she shapes strategic direction and supports executive leadership in driving the company’s global mobility agenda. In this role, she acts as a key partner to top management, orchestrating strategic initiatives, steering transformation topics, and ensuring alignment across the organization.
She brings a broad and deep background from a wide range of previous roles within Siemens, including her position as Head of Strategic Procurement Traction and Auxiliaries, as well as earlier leadership positions in bids, platforms, and international program assignments.
Katrin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sustainability Management, a Master of Science in International Project Management in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Friedrich Alexander Universität Erlangen Nürnberg. Her skill set spans project management, procurement, business development, product management, and strategic leadership — enabling her to bridge technical, commercial, and organizational perspectives.
