He works hands-on with cities, transport authorities, and mobility operators to deploy AI systems that move from pilot to production, covering demand forecasting, network optimization, multimodal integration, and operational decision-making at scale. A computer science engineer by training with an MBA from INSEAD, Emmanuele combines technical depth with delivery experience across complex public and private mobility programs. He also serves as President of the INSEAD Alumni Association Italy.
